John L. Moss, CEO - founder and former CEO of Software House, a worldwide supplier of integrated physical security management systems, now a unit of Tyco International. With over 15 years of experience in the security industry and 10 years of experience leading the development of enterprise software products, Mr. Moss has selected the S2 team to blend both physical security and information technology expertise.

Michael H. Welles, COO - previously a General Manager for businesses in the telecom, information and software applications marketplaces, with over 24 years of industry experience including 10 years with Lotus Development. Mr. Welles is an Amos Tuck (Dartmouth) graduate (MBA), and has a Harvard BA in Engineering and Applied Physics.

Team

Jeffrey S. Bennett - former Engineering VP of Software House and is currently a principal in Facility Information Systems, a consulting and software development firm specializing in integrated security systems. Mr. Bennett has extensive industry contacts with dealers and end-users developed over the last 20 years.

Brian Bullwinkle - embedded development engineer with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry including robotics and motion control. Brian holds a BSIT from University of Lowell.

Keith Cahalen, Western Regional Manager - with over 25 years of experience in the physical security industry at companies such as Westinghouse, Keri Systems, and PCSC, Keith is the western regional sales director operating out of the Santa Cruz office. Keith's background includes graduate studies in computer science at the University of Kansas.

Bruce Carney - senior quality assurance and support engineer with broad experience in a variety of application areas in the commercial and education markets. Bruce has a strong background in enterprise systems and IT infrastructure.

Barry Gaiman, JD - patent attorney and MIT electrical engineering graduate with over 30 years of real time software engineering experience including secure document and biometric systems at Polaroid Corporation. Mr. Gaiman holds a machine vision patent and has prepared patent applications involving biometrics, wireless networks, identification cards, smart cards, image processing and digital cameras.

Rick Hansen - senior quality assurance and support engineer with over 15 years of experience testing and supporting internet security, identity management, real-time news delivery and medical laboratory systems.

Jay Flynn - Senior technical contributor with experience in software development tools and systems integration. Jay's most recent position at New Technology/enterprise (London) was preceded by 14 years at HP, where he managed technical relationships with strategic software partners. He holds a BS in Mathematics from MIT.

Rex Flynn, CTO - senior technologist with a strong backround in both academic and commercial software product design and implementation at several companies, most recently Insyde Software. Rex has published several papers in computer science and holds a number of patents in software design. He earned a BA in computer science from Harvard and attended Carnegie-Mellon University for graduate work.

Phil Mailes, EMEA Regional Manager - over 20 years experience in both security installation and security products manufacturing, most recently at Lenel Systems where he operated the European headquarters. Phil's background includes international sales in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

James McGarry - technical writer and service technician trainer with over 20 years experience in service, documentation, and software development management positions at General Computer, Apple Computer, and Lotus Development. Mr. McGarry holds a BA in Psychology from Princeton University, and an MEd from Boston University.

David Moreno - an experienced technology senior manager, Dave has run product development, support, and manufacturing groups in a several industries and respected companies including Software House and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds an EE degree from Northeastern University.

Suzanne Pahr - hardware engineer with over 20 years of experience at Raytheon, Chipcom, and most recently at NMS Communications. Ms. Pahr holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Fred Parmenter - a software architect with a range of experience from enterprise systems to embedded products. Mr. Parmenter holds a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Babson College.

John Pierangeli, Eastern Regional Manager - experienced security industry veteran who has held regional sales positions with PCSC, InfoGraphics, and most recently, Honeywell. John's attention to customer service earned him recognition for sales performance.

Michael Riegelman, Manager of Strategic Accounts - With a background in managing and developing global distribution channels, most recently ay Integral Technologies, Mike has broad experience in successfully creating distribution partnerships and general business development. Mike holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh.

John Sax, VP of Engineering - John Sax has over 25 years of experience managing hardware and software development organizations at major companies in the networking market. He was co-founder of Ironbridge Networks, a researcher at BBN Technologies, and a VP at Lucent Technologies.

R. Todd Smith, VP Sales and Marketing - accomplished security industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in domestic and international sales and marketing roles. Mr. Smith has held management positions in sales, marketing, and training at Software House, Simplex, and most recently at Lenel, where he was the VP of International Sales and Marketing.

Paul Williams, Midwest Regional Manager - with over 20 years experience in the security industry ranging from customer technical support to integrated systems sales, Paul has both the business and technical skills required by our integrators. During his career, he has worked for manufacturers and integrators, giving him a broad perspective on systems integration.
