Eye in the Sky Makes Provisioning Locks Easier for Metropolitan Development Housing Agency

MDHA
Established in 1938, the Metropolitan Development Housing Agency (MDHA) provides affordable housing opportunities to more than 13,000 families in and around Nashville, Tennessee.

A LenelS2 NetBox access control system secures the facilities, which include Allegion Schlage No-Tour offline smart deadbolts on resident doors. Initially, property management needed to manually update locks when cards were lost, or new residents moved in. Systems integrator, Eye in the Sky, asked the LenelS2 team to provide NetBox support for seamless provisioning of the deadbolts, using the LenelS2 Installer mobile application. This eliminates the need for property staff to visit a lock when replacing a credential, saving time and increasing operational efficiency.
