See You at Envision

The lowdown on our Envision Roadshow

We’re nearly at the halfway point of our 2019 Envision roadshow, which is on an ambitious schedule this year: sixteen North American cities in four and a half months. With ten more cities to go, so far the LenelS2 team’s travels include Columbus, Minneapolis, Toronto, Boston, Santa Clara and Anaheim.

Envision provides an overview of LenelS2 and the company’s vision for the future. Most important to our audience – whether end users, systems integrators or security consultants – the event highlights our latest updates as well as the product roadmap. With two complete and evolving product ecosystems, OnGuard and NetBox, we offer separate sessions for each. Together, the sessions are completed in only a half day, allowing participants to get back to their busy work schedules. Most attendees elect to attend both sessions. We are really pleased to see the amount of interest in both of our platforms.

Also of interest to many in the audience is how some of our products are coming together in ways that give them more options. BlueDiamond now works with NetBox, providing an end-to-end, OSDP-enabled solution when deployed with the new LenelS2 access control blade and NetBox Version 5.1 or later. Next year will bring the integration of OnGuard with the Magic Monitor unified client that NetBox users have found to be so incredibly powerful in their day-to-day security operations.

We are very fortunate to have our important ecosystem partners as sponsors of Envision. Representatives from Allegion, Assa Abloy, HID, LifeSafety Power, Mercury Security, Milestone Systems and Vingtor-Stentofon attend Envision in each city. As part of the program, participants have the opportunity to meet with our partners, network and ask questions over breakfast, breaks and lunch. The relaxed, open environment encourages dialogue. A number of audience members have commented on how much they appreciate the participation from our partners and learning more about our integrations.

I was able to personally attend Envision: Boston at Gillette Stadium, where I had the chance to speak with many of you who are based in the Boston area and Southern New England. Some remarked on how much they enjoyed the people, putting familiar names with faces. Others commented on how they found the sessions to be very informative and well worth the time to see what is coming in the future. It is the ongoing dialogue we share with you that helps us provide better solutions over the long term and, in turn, a better experience with our people and products.

There are still a few more Envision cities to go before we close out 2019, so be sure to sign up for an event near you. We look forward to seeing you there.
