An update on LenelS2's focus areas in 2019
As we kick off 2019, we continue the process of bringing the Lenel and S2 Security teams together as one company – LenelS2. As two industry leaders joining together, we will be able to better serve you: our channel partners and customers. The relationships we have with you are the lifeblood of our business, and I want to update you on our focus areas for 2019.
Our major priorities this year include continued and rigorous investment in our products, which will guide our sales and support programs. As we have done in the past, we will be investing in personnel and technology to continue to earn your loyalty.
Product innovation and developing solutions that solve our customers’ needs will continue to be the foundation of LenelS2. You can expect that we will continue to develop and support both OnGuard and S2 NetBox, and that we will take steps to enhance our customers’ user experience within our expanding product ecosystem.
We will leverage our combined engineering team – one of the largest in the security industry – to drive the development of breakthrough products in security management, access control, video, visitor management, mobility and the cloud.
In January, the combined LenelS2 sales team gathered in Florida for our annual sales kickoff. This talented team is knowledgeable, energetic and excited to serve you. When it comes to sales and business development activities, you can expect in many territories that the same Lenel and S2 Security salespeople who served you in the past will continue to serve you going forward. In many cases this means that our sales regions will be staffed by more than one sales representative, including additional inside sales and pre-sales engineering resources, again assuring that you will continue to have access to the expertise you rely on. We are also making investments in our business development capabilities to serve end users and engage architects and engineers who specify significant projects.
As we integrate our operations, the customer and technical support organizations will remain separate for a time to maintain continuity. In that regard, your customer service and technical support contacts will stay the same as before.
At ISC West this year, we will have our largest presence ever in Booth 18019, right at the front of the hall.
We’ll have an unprecedented portfolio of products and solutions on display, and a unified, welcoming team available to discuss your needs and interests. ISC West promises to be a really exhilarating event, and we hope to see you there.
