On-Call Support

An on-call Support Engineer will be available for emergencies only. Requests for emergency and “on holiday” support outside of normal business hours may result in a $500 support fee.

S2 Services

We provide end user support through our signature S2 Black Support Program. This popular program allows end users to receive training and technical support. As part of the program, S2 Security certifies end user personnel to the same standard as integrators.


Specifications, technical drawings, product documentation and more are available to consultants who specify S2 access control and video management systems.


Software Developers

S2 Security manufactures open platform products that allow for third party integration. Software developers who would like to integrate other products with S2 security management systems have access to APIs, drivers and integration guides.

Video Designer

The Video Designer allows you to define your video project requirements and determine which S2 video solution will meet your needs. S2 certified systems integrators can also sign in to save their video projects or quote a solution.

Integrator Training

Integrator Training

The S2 Security Technical Certification Program equips system integrator technicians and end users covered by S2 Black Support to install, configure and support S2 Security products. Successful graduates of the program are awarded one year of S2 Certification. S2 offers first-time training online. Certifications may be renewed annually online.
